04 — Machining

A CNC floor borer with 13 m of travel and a 6 m column takes workpieces to 150 tonnes. Gears are cut internal and external to 5.5 m diameter, and CNC lathes turn components over 40 tonnes. Detailed QA packages accompany completed work.
